  • If your name clearance was approved as a business name, you need to fill in an Application for Business Name Registration (BN Form III).
  • If your name clearance was approved as a company, you need to fill in an Application for Incorporation of a company (Companies Form 3. 
  • If your name clearance was approved as a foreign company, you need to fill in an Application for Registration of a foreign company (Companies Form 38).

The registration process varies depending on the type of business you selected at name clearance. For example, you cannot register a local company with an approved business name acceptance letter. Qualifications for one to register a business entity are as follows:

  1. The applicant must be above 18 years of Age;
  2. A person of sound mind; and
  3. A person who is discharged bankrupt.
