Application for Change of Company Name
The first step is that the applicant needs to apply for clearance of a proposed name. Once the proposed name is accepted, the Application for Change of Company Name (Companies Form 4) must be filed to PACRA together with a Special Resolution. Note that the original Certificate of Incorporation must be surrendered at the point of submitting the Companies Form 4.

Application for Change of Business Name

Once the proposed name is accepted, A Notice of Change in Registered Particulars (BN Form XI) must be filed to PACRA. Note that the original Certificate of Registration must be surrendered at the point of submitting the BN Form XI).

Application for Change of Foreign company name
The first step is that the applicant needs to apply for clearance of a proposed name. Once the proposed name is accepted, A Notice of Change in Registered Particulars of a Foreign Company (Companies Form 39) must be filed to PACRA. Note that the original Certificate of Registration must be surrendered at the point of submitting the Companies Form 39
